Just need something simple?

Maybe you only care about a couple of key counters.  A wallboard can be simple like this one, or very complex and include agent interaction capabilities.  In the following examples you will start with basic wallboard examples and expand to more and more complex solutions.

Display on a big screen TV

Need a wallboard you can read from across the room?  Here is straightforward wallboard that  highlights critical call center counters.  Need it to be visible to all your agents?  Display the wallboard on the wall adjacent to your cube-farm for all to see.

Add custom messages

In addition to displaying key counters on the screen, you can also display real-time messages to everyone in the room.  This could include special incentives, new procedures, or current sales goals.  You can do that with this wallboard.

Queue statistics at a glance

Keep everyone up-to-date on simple call information that displays the number of handled calls, average answer and wait times, and more.

Let us build a custom wallboard for you

This is an example of a custom wallboard that combines elements from several of our commercial tools.  In this case, the top section displays general queue statistics, followed by an agent status section from our “3CX Queues” wallboard, and combined with an agent statistics section from our Competitive wallboard.  

Drag agents to locations

With this wallboard you have the ability to select what queues to display, and organize where queue agents display on the screen by dragging the agent to the desired location.

We make it simple for you to create different “named” so it is easy to change from one saved layout to another. 

Setup:

  1.   Select an existing layout, or add a new one.

  2. To define the number of “drop” locations, define the number of rows needed.

  3. Next specify the number of columns.

  4. Select the queues to include.

  5. Drag the queue agents from the available agents located in the upper half of the screen to an available slot in the lower half.

  6. Save the layout.

Graphs, Charts, and More

Whether your wallboard works with real-time 3CX events, or from replicated 3CX data using our 3CX Exporter tool, we have you covered.

Now you can create your own dashboards and reports using the reporting tool you prefer (Power Bi, Crystal Reports, Excel, SQL Reporting Services, etc.).  This dashboard was created by our Director of Operations directly from the same data 3CX uses to create their built-in reports.
